All prices displayed on GameThereAny are sourced from third-party APIs (primarily CheapShark and IsThereAnyDeal) and are provided for informational purposes only. Prices may be delayed, inaccurate, or out of date. GameThereAny does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any price information. Always verify the current price directly on the relevant store before completing a purchase.
GameThereAny contains links to third-party game stores. These are standard outbound links — we are not currently enrolled in any affiliate program, so no commissions are earned on clicks or purchases. GameThereAny is not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of any external websites. Clicking an external link means you leave our Service and enter a site governed by its own terms and policies.
Game titles, artwork, screenshots, logos, and trademarks displayed on GameThereAny are the property of their respective owners (developers, publishers, studios). GameThereAny uses this content under fair use for informational and price comparison purposes. The RAWG API supplies game data and imagery under their terms of service. CheapShark and IsThereAnyDeal provide price data under their respective terms of service. You may use GameThereAny for personal, non-commercial price comparison and game discovery. You may not: (a) scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service using automated means without prior written consent; (b) use the Service to build a competing product that replicates our data aggregation; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure; (d) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its underlying systems.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abuse, fraud, or harmful behaviour. You may delete your account at any time from your Profile settings.
The Service is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information on it is accurate, complete, or current. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GameThereAny and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss resulting from reliance on price information displayed on the Service.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Turkey.
